Philippines Roman Catholic has origins that last a long period as any Spanish Colony more than 86% of its population is the largest catholicism denominations in Southeast Asia. They are influential with catholicism beliefs including practicing Buddhism, Taoism, and etc. Almost all Filipinos are related to the Malays of Indonesia and Malaysia. 6% belong to Christian, Philippines Council Evangelical Churches 2.7%, and National Council of Churches in the Philippines 1.2%, other Protestant 4.3%.
