     covid-19 impacted the economy 

In Israel a lot of people lost their jobs because of coronavirus. In some of the country the governments pay a portion of unemployment benefits. The decrease of the economy caused Israeli GDP back to the level of the fourth quarter of 2016. The Israel banking and economy was in good condition in the begging of COVID-19.
